Live Ride Dashboard

Your Dashboard shows your live ride metrics and weekly goal progress while you ride. Here is what each part of the Dashboard shows and how to use it.

Connection and Battery

At the top of the Dashboard you'll see your e-bike's name and its connection status.

  • When your e-bike is connected, this area shows your remaining battery and estimated riding range.
  • When your bike is disconnected, tap this area to connect. Flex will prompt you to turn on your bike and search for it nearby.

Your Dashboard only shows live riding data while your e-bike is connected to Flex.

Weekly Goal Ring

The ring shows your progress toward your current weekly goal, whether your goal is set in distance, riding time, calories, or elevation gain. Your progress is always visible, and the ring becomes active once your bike is connected.

Your Ride Stats

Below the goal ring, Flex shows your ride stats as widgets. There are two kinds:

  • Live Ride Data updates in real time as you ride, such as Speed, Assistance Level, Cadence, and Rider Power.
  • Performance adds up over your ride, such as Distance, Moving Time, Calories, Elevation Gain, Average Speed, and Max Speed.

While your bike is connected and you are riding, your Live Ride Data updates moment to moment and your Performance totals add up. If you stop or disconnect, your live values pause and show a dash, while your totals hold steady until you start riding again.

To change which stats you see, tap any widget in this section and pick a different one to show in its place. You can do this at any time, whether or not your e-bike is connected and whether or not an activity is in progress.

Starting and Finishing Your Ride

Before a ride, tap Start Ride to begin recording. This button is active only when your bike is connected.

During a ride, the Dashboard shows your elapsed time and a Finish Ride button. Tap Finish Ride whenever you are done to review and save your activity.
