XP & Level
Every ride you complete earns you XP, it's the backbone of your growth. Unlike EcoGems, XP cannot be redeemed, it's a permanent record of everything you've ridden. The more challenging your rides, the more XP you earn.
How XP is Calculated
XP is calculated based on the intensity of your ride, not just the distance. Flex uses Weighted Average Power (WAP) to measure how hard you actually worked throughout the ride. The more power you put out, whether climbing, sprinting, or simply pushing hard on flat ground, the higher your WAP and the more XP you earn.
There's no cap. Every ride counts. 😉
A harder climb and heavier mashing earn more XP than a long, flat, easy spin.
Rider Levels
As you accumulate XP, you progress through Flex rider levels. Levels reflect how far you've come as a rider. Levels are grouped into tiers: Bronze (Lv. 1–3), Silver (Lv. 4–6), Gold (Lv. 7–9), and Platinum (Lv. 10).
| Tier | Level | XP Required |
|---|---|---|
| Bronze | Lv. 1 | 0 XP |

FAQ
Is there a weekly XP cap? No. Every ride earns XP with no cap. The more you ride, the more you earn.
Will I lose XP if I stop riding for a while? XP is permanent. Activities removed by you or due to community guideline violations won't affect your XP.
Will I lose my XP if I switch to a different e-bike? No. Your level and XP are tied to your account, so they will automatically carry over if you change bikes.
Why did I earn less XP than a friend who rode the same distance? XP reflects ride intensity, not just distance. If your friend mashed a heavier gear, climbed more, or used a lower assistance level, their WAP, and therefore XP would be higher.
Where can I see my total XP? Your current level and XP progress appear on the header of the Home page and your Profile page.
