Badges

Badges are the milestones of your Flex journey. You earn one each time you reach something worth remembering, like your first saved activity or a distance you pass. Each badge is a permanent achievement you keep on your account, yours to show off and share with the community.

How to Earn a Badge

You earn badges just by riding and using Flex. Each badge has its own condition, such as reaching a total distance, riding several days in a row, and more. When you meet the condition, the badge is yours automatically, with nothing for you to claim.

You'll see the badges you earned at the end of your activity, once you finish and save it. Every badge you unlock on that activity appears there, so you can enjoy the moment before it goes onto your achievements wall.

Where to See Your Badges

You can find all of your badges on your achievements wall, grouped by type such as distance, elevation, and riding time.

Each badge shows one of two states:

• Unlocked: You've earned it. The badge appears in full color with the date you earned it.
• In progress: The badge appears greyed out and shows how far along you are, such as how much you've reached out of the goal.

Tap any badge to open its detail page. There you can see what it takes to earn the badge, or, once it's unlocked, the story behind it.

How to Share a Badge

You can share any badge you've unlocked. Open the badge's detail page, then tap the share button in the top-right corner.

Flex creates a shareable card with your badge, its name, and what you achieved. From there, you can share it straight to Instagram, Facebook, or WhatsApp, tap Download to save the card to your photos, or tap More to open your phone's share options. Only the apps you have installed appear as options.

FAQ

• Do I lose badges if I delete an activity? No. Deleting an activity does not affect badges you've already earned or the progress you've built toward the ones still in progress. Your achievements stay on your account.

• Do I lose a badge if I remove my e-bike? No. Your badges belong to your account, not to your bike. Removing an e-bike only unpairs it from Flex and does not affect the badges you've earned.

• Can I earn the same badge more than once? No. Each badge is a one-time achievement. Once you've earned it, it stays unlocked on your account, and meeting the same condition again won't earn it a second time.
