FAQ
Will my HRA data carry over to Flex? No, your Hyena Rider Assistant data will not carry over to Flex. Flex is built on a new platform, so your previous rides, statistics, and settings are not transferred. You will create your Flex profile and pair your e-bike again. Everything you earn from your first Flex activity onward stays with you.
Does Flex have an Android version? Flex is available exclusively to iOS users. Android support is coming in a future release. Please stay tuned with us!
