Report an Activity, Comment, or User

If you see an activity, comment, or user on Flex that goes against our Community Standards and Terms of Service, you can report it directly in the app. All reports are anonymous, and the person you report will not know who reported them. If someone is in immediate danger, call your local emergency service first.

Reporting an Activity

To report an activity, tap the ... icon in the top right corner of the activity in your Feed or on the activity detail page, then select Report Activity. Choose the reason that best describes the problem: spam or scam, suspicious or fake data, inappropriate content, hateful content, self injury, sexual content or nudity, or other. Confirm your selection and tap Submit.

Once you submit the report, the activity is hidden from your view and you will not see it in your Feed again. You will also see an option to block the user if you no longer want to see anything from them.

Reporting a Comment

To report a comment, tap the ... icon next to the comment, then select Report Comment. Choose the reason that best describes the problem, confirm your selection, and tap Submit.

Once you submit the report, the comment is hidden from your view.

Reporting a User

To report a user, go to their profile, tap the ... icon in the top right corner, then select Report User. Choose the reason that best describes the problem: spam or fake account, inappropriate content, hateful content, self injury, sexual content or nudity, or other. Confirm your selection and tap Submit.

Reporting a user does not unfollow or block them, so you will still see their activities and comments while we review your report. If you no longer want to see someone on Flex, you can block them from their profile page. You can report each user only once, and a report cannot be canceled after it is submitted.

What Happens After You Report

Our team reviews every report against our Community Standards and Terms of Service. What happens next depends on what you reported.

  • If your report about an activity or a comment is upheld, we remove that activity or comment.
  • If your report about a user is upheld, we suspend that user's access to social features. This means they can no longer view or take part in social activities, and they can no longer take part in Eco Campaigns. They can still record and view their own rides as private, personal records.

Whatever the outcome, we will let you know the result of your report by email. Your report stays anonymous throughout the process, and the person you reported is never told who reported them.
